Tratec Solutions has decades of experience delivering a wide range of vibratory conveyors and feeders, and has built up the expertise to customise machines to suit customers' requirements for the best solutions.
Vibratory feeders/conveyors can handle hot or cold material with small or large particle size, and can be easily closed to avoid dust problems.
They are normally used for horizontal transport, but can also be arranged in an ascending or descending direction
DIMENSIONS AND CAPACITIES CAN BE DETERMINED ACCORDING TO CUSTOMER REQUIREMENTS, WITH ONE OR MORE INLETS AND OUTLETS.
The machines are equipped with two vibrator motors that rotate in opposite directions and create a linear vibration. To adjust the capacity, the stroke length can be adjusted by adjusting the motors' unbalance weights. In addition, the capacity can be controlled during operation if the motors are connected to a frequency converter. The frequency converter also helps to minimise uncontrolled vibration when starting and stopping.
The conveyors/feeders are supported or suspended on coil springs to minimise vibration transfer to the foundations.
To reduce space requirements, the motors can be placed above, on the sides or below the conveyors.
- Optional extras: Support, walkways, emergency stop system, Hardox wear plates, frequency converter to minimise loads at start/stop, shock absorbers, dampers, dust seal at inlet and outlet.
- Surface treatment: Sandblasted, primed and painted according to Tratec Solution standard.
- Frequency converter and counter-current brake that allows the machine to be used in dosing systems with good control of vibration, at variable feed speeds and good start/stop properties. This is a good alternative to electromagnetic vibratory feeders - a cheaper solution with the same possibilities for accurate feeding.
BENEFITS:
- Springs can be placed on the underside or top side. This means less space requirement and greater flexibility.
- The conveyors are placed on coil springs that transmit little vibration to the foundations, which in turn leads to lower wear and tear costs.
