As a requirement of some materials, the conveyor body is divided into an upper part and a lower part with a sealed wear plate. The transport then normally takes place on the upper part and the return on the lower part.

All chains are drop-forged high-strength steel, equipped with welded or bolted links. The bolted links are case-hardened to increase service life.

Chains and bolts can be supplied in stainless steel with replaceable bushings if the bulk material requires it
