With many years of experience, Tratec Solutions has developed a very high level of expertise in supplying silo systems for all kinds of challenging materials. Many of our silos have been patented over several decades. Our silo systems are usually delivered together with a customised discharge system, such as a sliding frame, bar feeder or vibrating feeder, to achieve stable discharge of challenging materials.

The silos can be mounted outdoors with weatherproof equipment on customised substructures or indoors on steel or concrete substructures. Tratec Solution also supplies mobile silos. These can be lifted by crane and used for feeding, storing, transporting and weighing bulk material.

Our silos can be equipped with air cannons, pneumatic hammers, vibration motors - all for easier feeding. load cells are also often part of the delivery.

The silos are available in a whole range of dimensions and arrangements for different tasks. Some are designed to feed directly into ongoing processes, others are used to collect material and load directly onto road or rail vehicles.
