Round sludge silos for sewage treatment plants

Tratec supplies sludge silos for reception and distribution of dewatered sludge in sewage treatment plants.

Silos are supplied with a sliding frame in a round silo and are driven by hydraulic cylinders. Sludge is then fed into a distributing screw, which ensures even filling of containers, trucks or for further distribution to the process.

Systems for automatic dosing of filtration mass

Tratec supplies automatic systems for the transport, storage and dosing of crushed filtration mass, such as marble gravel, to waterworks.

The system automatically weighs the correct amount and delivers the material to one of the water baths. Each water bath is regularly supplied with mass.

The material is weighed into a container, which is equipped with electric motors, for connection to an automatic crane, for further delivery to pre-determined bath. The electric actuators are powered by batteries that are charged while the container is in the filling position.

Systems for receiving and distributing of sludge

Tratec supplies a complete system for receiving and distributing dewatered sludge to biogas plants.

The delivery consists of hydraulic truck-hatches and bar feeders for concrete silos. At the end of each silo, screw conveyors are installed, which deliver the correct amount further to the process.

Reception of residues from tank truck washing

The Silo Tipper is a reception unit for sludge, waste and other material. When maintaining and flushing septic tanks, the flushing water and residues can be emptied directly into the silo tipper, which feeds this into the treatment plant for further processing.
