Tratec Solutions offers professional vulcanisation services from our offices in Kristiansand, Porsgrunn and Ålesund. We have a strong focus on being the preferred supplier of rubber belts and vulcanising services, and have several modern vulcanising presses that enable us to vulcanise belts up to 1600 mm wide.

As a distributor of FTT Wolbrom's belts and wear rubber, we can offer products from one of Europe's most modern factories in the industry. FTT Wolbrom is Poland's oldest manufacturer of rubber products, with over 100 years of experience and the latest technology - ensuring high quality, reliability and punctuality for our customers.

We stock a wide range of belts from 400 mm to 1600 mm, and have around 4,000 metres of belt in stock at any given time. The belts can be prepared for vulcanisation at both ends before delivery, and our experienced service personnel are happy to assist with belt replacement at the customer's premises.

On request, we also supply specialised belts, such as flame-resistant, oil-resistant, heat-resistant and flexowell belts. In addition, we stock wear rubber from 2 mm to 50 mm thickness.
