WE SUPPLY TWO TYPES OF VIBRATING SCREEN FSA VIBRATING SCREEN

It is a robust free-suspended vibrating screen developed after many years of experience with vibrating equipment.

The screen housing is bolted together and therefore free from welding stresses. The components used are standardized and wear parts are easy to replace. The housing is supported on coil springs that transmit a minimum of vibration to the foundations.

The vibrator shaft is supported in spherical roller bearings with grease lubrication. The roller bearings are specially designed to take dynamic loads.

The driving force is transmitted by V-belts from the motor, which is spring-mounted or, as with the latest flange-type vibration motors, mounted on each side of the sieve and connected to a cardan shaft.

The rotational speed of the sieve can be customised for each individual task.

As standard, the vibrating screens come in sizes from 1.25 x 4.0m to 1.8 x 6m in 2- and 3-deck versions for screen cloth made of rubber, polyurethane or steel.

OTHER SIZES ARE AVAILABLE

A standard version of a vibrating screen house is equipped with an inlet chute, screen cloth tensioning mechanism, spring brackets, pulleys, V-belts, motor and motor base.

Optional extras: Supports, walkways and service platform, belt cover and screen cloth.

Surface treatment: Sandblasted, primed and painted with top coat according to Tratec Solution standard.

FSR VIBRATION SIEVE

The sieve is a horizontally mounted machine with 2 unbalanced motorised vibrators. The motors are maintenance-friendly. There are no V-belts or bearings. The aim is directional vibration, high capacity and low noise level.

The sight is equipped with sighting elements on both sighting tyres.
