FSA vibrating screen

FSA is a robust freely suspended vibrating screen developed after many years of experience with vibrating equipment.

The screen housing is bolted together and therefore free from welding stresses. The components used are standardized and wear parts are easy to replace. The housing is supported on coil springs that transmit a minimum of vibration to the foundations.

It is supplied with the latest flange-type vibration motors, mounted on each side of the screen and connected by a cardan shaft.

The rotation speed of the screen can be adapted to each individual application.

As standard, the vibrating screens are supplied in sizes from 1.0 x 2.0m to 1.25 x 4m in 2- and 3-deck versions. Can be supplied with a screen cloth made of rubber, polyurethane or steel.

FSR vibrating screen

The screen is a horizontally mounted machine with 2 pcs. unbalanced motor-vibrators. The screens are maintenance friendly. Directional vibration provides good capacity and low noise level.

The screen can be equipped with screening elements on both screening decks.
