With our innovative complete system consisting of air bellows, controls and other components, we optimally isolate each screening machine from the steel structure. This can mean, among other things, for you:
- Protection / increased lifetime of the screening machine.
Within the steel structure of a screening machine there are also other machines, these machines can also emit vibrations that set a steel structure in motion. Such external influences often lead to damage and premature failure of the screening machine. Thanks to the air suspension, the screening machine is optimally decoupled from the steel structure, and disturbing external influences can no longer damage the screening machine.
- Energy savings or more production.
Reduction of lost energy through vibrations in the substructure results in increased amplitude. If the increased amplitude is not used for a performance/production increase, one can scale back the centrifugal weight. This will result in a reduced power consumption by approximately 5-10%.
- Quieter structural steelwork / less damage.
The vibration transfer from the screening machine to the steel structure is significantly lower compared to conventional steel springs. Vibrations in the steel structure will be effectively reduced and damage prevented.
The diagram below shows the vertical forces transferred from a spring point to the substructure.

- Reduce noise.
The noise caused by conventional springs disappears, in addition, smoother running will reduce vibrations in the steel structure which will provide a noticeable noise reduction.
