CEN-TRAX BELT TRACKER

Belt misalignment is a common occurrence on conveyor belts, not only causing spillage but also damaging the belt. By using the CEN-TRAX belt tracker, you will be able to avoid loss of production time, reduce spillage and minimise damage to the conveyor belt. CEN-TRAX belt tracker will, due to its conical side rollers and increased friction, quickly and automatically correct any belt misalignment. The CEN-TRAX belt tracker system can be used on conveyors with both one and two directions of rotation. The CEN-TRAX belt tracker is available in galvanised and stainless steel versions, and the rollers can be supplied with ordinary rubber, atex approved rubber and polyurethane.
Rolls with perfect grip.

Cen-Trax has a minimum of 3 rollers, one or more centre rollers, and 2 conical side rollers. The robust rollers are lined with 8mm thick durable rubber, which is applied using pressure and heat. This method guarantees a seamless and permanent bond between rubber and steel roller.
For applications requiring high durability, rollers are available with polyurethane. If Cen-Trax is to be used in areas where there is a risk of explosion, rollers with ATEX approved rubber are available. Cen-Trax is DEKRA-certified for use in potentially explosive areas. In addition, the rollers are available with an oil-resistant rubber.

SPILL-EX SIDE EDGE SYSTEM

To seal reloading points on a conveyor to avoid spillages, long rubber sealing strips are usually used. These rubber mouldings are not able to completely seal the reloading points, their lifetime is limited and they are time-consuming to replace and adjust.
By choosing the SPILL-EX edge rubber system you will eliminate unnecessary spillage from the reloading points. SPILL-EX is easy to install, the elements are quick and easy to change and adjust. The fastening device ensures that the elements are not pushed up by the belt or pushed out of the material on the belt.
CARM SPOT FILTER

The Carm spot filter is a compact filter designed for installation at reloading points on a conveyor. The spot filter sucks off a small amount of air, creating a slight vacuum that prevents dust emissions. For optimum results, the reloading point must be properly sealed.
