The business area designs, installs and services all types of lubrication systems.
The products mainly come from SKF Lincoln, but many solutions are customised to the specific machine and customer.
The main task of a central lubrication system is to ensure increased uptime and significantly reduced wear on the machinery. In this way, the lubrication system extends the life of the machine and provides a higher resale value if the machine is sold.

Our progressive centralised lubrication systems can be used on all types of small and medium-sized machines, with dispersed lubrication points that require varying amounts of lubrication.
Progressive centralised lubrication systems consist of an electric grease pump, distributors, hoses and various fittings for applying grease in the desired area and manner.
The pump delivers lubricant to the distribution blocks at pressures up to 550 bar, depending on the pump model. The lubricant is divided into even or predefined amounts depending on the individual lubrication point's grease requirements.
A progressive system can dispense a precise, measured amount of lubricant to lubrication points over long distances.
Our centralised lubrication systems provide continuous lubrication as long as the pump is running. When the pump stops, the pistons of the progressive distributor stop in their current position. When the pump restarts, the central lubrication system begins to supply lubricant again, the pistons in the distributor block resume where they last stopped and continue to supply grease to the various outputs.
