We have skilled service staff with detailed knowledge of all the products we supply. We can offer service contracts with both periodic and corrective maintenance. We also perform remote maintenance through our service phone schemes. Our service phone is manned 06 - 24 all year round.

Tratec Solutions has a service agreement with several of Posten's facilities as well as DB Schenker Sandnes, and we also support Van Riet at DB Schenker's facility in Oslo.

Through our collaboration with our partners, we ensure continuous operation of the plant through service available 24/7.

We perform:

• Mechanical troubleshooting, adjustment and replacement
• Replacement and maintenance of belts
• Replacement and maintenance of drives, bearings and all conveyor equipment
• Condition monitoring / annual check
