Job description

As a mechanic at Tratec Solutions, you will be involved in the servicing, maintenance and recertification of drilling equipment and other offshore equipment. Your working days will consist of inspections, maintenance, repairs, assembly and testing, ensuring that the equipment is returned to customers in the highest standard of quality and safety.

Work tasks

• Inspection, service, and re-certification of offshore equipment
• Maintenance, repair, assembly and testing
• Reporting and documentation of work performed
• Contribute to safe and efficient operations in accordance with HSE requirements and procedures

We would like you to have

• Apprenticeship as an industrial mechanic, industrial fitter, construction mechanic, hydraulic technician, or equivalent – relevant experience may compensate for lack of formal education
• Experience from workshop, industry, offshore or mechanical work
• Interest and understanding of hydraulic and mechanical systems
• Proficient in Norwegian and English
• Ability to work in a structured, independent, and team-oriented manner

Experience with drilling equipment or other offshore equipment, hydraulic systems, or relevant certificates, is an advantage.
