System Manager SCADA - Industry

Tratec Norcon supplies SCADA/HMI systems based on Siemens WinCC OA in the transport, process industry, baggage handling and municipal engineering sectors.

We are now looking for another skilled colleague with experience in developing SCADA solutions who will drive our SCADA/HMI team forward in the Industrial department together with our developers and project engineers.

We see an ever-increasing demand for modern display systems that can be used for several different applications. We have delivered WinCC OA to our customers in several market areas, and see the need to have a role that focuses on further developing the product for industry Do you want to help shape our SCADA/HMI deliveries to industry in WinCC OA? We are looking for system managers who are interested in technology and who are passionate about delivering high-quality products and solutions.

Desired qualifications and characteristics:

• Higher education at master's or bachelor's level in electrical engineering, mechatronics, automation, cybernetics or similar.
• Solid experience in SCADA/HMI systems
• Knowledge of the system structure of automation systems
• Knowledge of programming (e.g. C#, Python, Javascript) is an advantage
• Knowledge of databases (e.g. PostgreSQL) is an advantage
• Practical experience with IEC62443 is an advantage
• Fluent in Norwegian, both written and spoken.
• Class B driver's licence.

As System Manager for SCADA Industry, you will, among other things:

• Define development tasks and help keep our SCADA platform up to date
• Assisting sales and marketing in defining new areas of application and shaping the product for new markets and customers
• Help define market needs and customer requirements
• Develop and design technical solutions, programme and commission SCADA applications
