Safe Boreas is a accommodation rig that was built at the Jurong shipyard in Singapore. The rig currently has a contract with Lundin. This is 1 of 3 rigs with this type of control system delivered by Tratec Norcon.
Through its customer MacGregor Pusnes AS, Tratec Norcon has supplied control systems for anchor handling for over 30 years. According to the former CEO of MacGregor Pusnes, Leif Haukom, it is the quality of the deliveries and the service from Tratec Norcon that has made this co-operation last all these years.
