Deepsea Metro 1 is an ultra-deepwater drillship built in 2011. The drillship is managed and operated by Odfjell Drilling and the drillship was located offshore in Malaysia at the time of the project.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">On the drillship, our team of experienced service engineers worked on NOV equipment which included 2 top drives (TDS), 2 Hydrarackers (PRS-5), crown and travelling block, subsea and AHC cranes.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">In addition to the overhaul work, we stayed on site to support with testing and commissioning of the equipment. The project was successfully delivered on time.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span dir=\"auto\">OUR SERVICE<\/span><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li><span dir=\"auto\">Our experienced service engineers, travelled on short notice from Norway to Malaysia, for this time sensitive project.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span dir=\"auto\">A considerable cost and time savings for Odfjell Drilling.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<blockquote><p><span dir=\"auto\">\u00abWe are extremely pleased with the work carried out by Tratec.
