The size and cross-section of the boiler determine the type and number of spreaders used. We have developed special spreading systems in terms of design and choice of materials.<\/p>\n<p>The system is based on a mix of steel balls and wire-cut being spread out on top of the boiler structure and falling by gravity through the boiler, taking ash and waste with it on its way down to the bottom of the boiler.<\/p>\n<p>Here, the steel balls together with wire-cut and waste are collected in a water-cooled screw conveyor system, transported into a beaker that takes the material up to a screen located above the boiler system. The screen separates the balls that can be reused and sends them back into the spreading system.
