It's good to know that, after 10 years as CEO of an exciting technology company like Tratec Norcon, I can rest assured that I'm handing over the helm to a solid and capable leader.\u00bb.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Nils Kjetil Sande is originally from Dale in Sunnfjord, but has lived in southern Norway since 1998. He has a degree in economics and electronics engineering from the University of Agder. He has worked for NOV for ten years, including two years in Singapore. Later he started the company Technical Resources, which was eventually acquired by Technogarden, a subsidiary of Norconsult AS.
